You Will:
- Run front-of-house operations and hold the team to an exacting standard, every single cover
- Own the guest experience, table management, and consistency from open to close
- Coach and grow a sharp, professional dining room team
- Work hand in hand with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless, elevated experience
You Bring:
- 3+ years leading in upscale or fine dining
- A calm, commanding presence and a keen eye for service
