Chief of Staff LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in East Phoenix who is in search of a chief of staff to support their Executive leadership team. This role is contract to hire, fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary is between $90,000-$100,000
This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to five members of the executive leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage executive priorities, ensuring critical initiatives remain on track.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and internal departments.
- Track action items, project timelines, and organizational initiatives to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, and special projects.
- Assist with process improvements and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure effective collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar strategic support role.
- Experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives simultaneously is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
