\n As a Temporary Warehouse Lead, you will serve as a working lead for the 2nd shift team, helping drive productivity, train employees, and support daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.\n

\n Temporary Warehouse Lead Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead and work alongside 2nd shift warehouse employees
    • \n
  • Support attendance, performance, and behavioral management within the team
    • \n
  • Train warehouse processes and safety procedures
    • \n
  • Work on a conveyor line to palletize product and prepare pallets for outbound shipping
    • \n
  • Monitor productivity and help maintain workflow throughout the shift
    • \n
  • Foster a productive, fun, and energetic team environment
    • \n
  • Communicate staffing needs, coaching opportunities, and employee recognition to management
    • \n
\n
\n Schedule Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Must be flexible to work overtime before and after scheduled shift times. Must be available to work the weekend of Thanksgiving\n

\n Qualifications\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ year of experience in a Warehouse Lead role
    • \n
  • Experience using RF scanners
    • \n
  • Experience palletizing products and preparing shipments
    • \n
  • Experience leading a warehouse department while maintaining productivity goals
    • \n
  • Experience training and developing new employees
    • \n
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with management
    • \n
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, reach, and stand for 8–12 hours per shift
    • \n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
    • \n
\n
\n Pay $19.00 - $21.00 per hour\n
