NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• Days
• Evenings
• Overnights
• Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract & Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and health changes.
• Support participation in Day Habilitation programs and other structured activities.
• Provide companionship while encouraging independence and social engagement.
• Report incidents and health concerns to the program supervisor.
• Assist with inventory and organization of clients' personal belongings.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (documentation required)
• Quantiferon test required
• Previous DSP, caregiving, home health, or assisted living experience preferred
