Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Admin - Inventory professional for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, TX. This role supports inventory, stockroom, material handling, and records management activities in a clean, professional, office-style environment.
This is an excellent fit for candidates who enjoy organized inventory work, accurate data entry, and customer-facing support without the demands of a traditional warehouse setting. There is no forklift operation required, and the work environment is business casual, team-oriented, and focused on accuracy, service, and daily operational support.
You will work with internal customers, support stockroom transactions, maintain inventory records, and help ensure materials are received, organized, issued, and tracked properly. This opportunity offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, consistent hours, and the chance to build valuable inventory and administrative operations experience with a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, organize, and maintain incoming materials in the stockroom.
- Process outgoing inventory, return-to-stock transactions, and material issue requests.
- Pull, stage, and distribute materials accurately based on internal customer needs.
- Maintain inventory records through accurate data entry and transaction processing.
- Support inventory control, cycle organization, and daily stockroom cleanliness.
- Provide professional customer service while working directly with internal teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Assignment length: 1 year contract with potential for extension.
- Work environment: Clean, professional, office-style stockroom setting.
- Business casual attire is required.
- No forklift operation required.
