Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position is based at a vibrant middle school, where you'll make a direct impact on a caseload of approximately 30 students. Beginning August 5th and running through June 3rd, you'll provide critical speech and language services, collaborating with dedicated education professionals.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology License
- PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential required
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with CCC
- Experience or training in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to approximately 30 middle school students onsite
- Work closely with special/general education staff and administrator teams to best support each student’s progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
- Support a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
