Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Collierville, TN

This full-time contract opportunity is designed for dedicated SLPs (including Clinical Fellows) and SLPAs who are passionate about serving diverse pediatric populations from kindergarten through 8th grade. You'll benefit from a dynamic schedule—spending 1-2 days each week providing school-based services and the remainder of your time supporting students and families in a clinic setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of clinical fellowship (CFY accepted)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous pediatric experience in school, clinic, or healthcare environments
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams, families, and related service providers
• Adaptability to varied caseloads and appointment-based clinical work

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech and language therapy to K-8 students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage flexible caseloads, balancing school-based and clinic responsibilities each week
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and best practice
• Work with teachers, caregivers, and clinical colleagues to support student outcomes
