Soliant is partnering with a welcoming school district near Grand Junction, CO tobring on a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.
PositionOverview
· Full-time and part-timeopportunities available
· Onsite role within a collaborative schoolsetting
· Caseload: K–12 students with a variety ofcommunication needs
· Work closely with educators, families,and multidisciplinary team
Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct evaluations and developindividualized treatment plans (IEPs)
· Provide direct therapy services and trackstudent progress
· Collaborate with teachers and staff tosupport student success in the classroom
· Maintain documentation in compliance withschool and state guidelines
· Participate in IEP meetings andcontribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Speech-LanguagePathology
· Active NC STATE SLP license (or eligibilityto obtain)
