Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students identified with communication disorders
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges through standardized tools and informal assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Maintain ongoing, accurate documentation of progress, therapy sessions, and compliance activities
- Engage actively with teachers and staff to promote language-rich classroom environments
- Consult and provide resources to families to support student progress at home and in school
