Key Qualifications:
- Valid PA SLP Educator Certificate required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience providing speech-language therapy in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and support a variety of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students onsite
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Implement evidence-based therapy plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, administrators, and parents
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in meetings as requested by administration or the IEP team
