Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for SLP in educational settings
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to positive student outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress reporting
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students with a diverse range of communication needs to ensure optimal learning
