Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Familiarity with serving elementary-aged students
• Proven ability with evaluations, therapy planning, developing IEP goals, and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation according to school guidelines

This position is exclusive to SLPs—no SLPAs—and requires a commitment to a 40-hour workweek, starting August 4, 2026 and concluding May 21, 2027. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite and demonstrate reliability and flexibility within the school environment.
