Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist license or state certification.
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students referred for evaluation.
  • Develop and recommend customized interventions to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, clearly sharing assessment results and collaborating on the creation of effective planning documents.
  • Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators on intervention strategies and classroom supports.
  • Offer crisis intervention and short-term counseling to help students navigate challenges and strengthen coping skills.
  • Support data-driven decision making and ongoing progress monitoring for referred students.
  • Remain current with best practices and compliance standards in school psychology and special education.
