• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework a plus

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in classroom management and helping implement lesson plans under teacher guidance
• Providing one-on-one or small group support tailored to student requirements
• Encouraging participation and inclusion within classroom activities
• Aiding students with various daily tasks, assignments, or mobility needs as required
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all
• Collaborating closely with educators and staff to monitor student progress and share feedback
