- Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- 1+ year of professional work experience post-high school
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
- Teachable mindset with willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Chelmsford, MA
Plusses:
- Warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience
- Experience receiving and delivering materials
- Exposure to electrical, controls, mechanical, or automation environments
- Experience driving company vehicles for work
- Interest in building automation systems and control panel assembly
Day-to-Day:
- Receive, organize, and distribute warehouse materials
- Deliver materials using a company vehicle as needed
- Assist with building and assembling building automation system control panels
- Learn panel shop processes and control panel trade skills through hands-on training
- Utilize hand and power tools to support panel assembly activities
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Work closely with experienced technicians and shop personnel
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding priorities and project needs
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new skills
