Step into an impactful role serving students in a supportive educational environment, starting August 11. This position offers the opportunity to provide essential speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students in grades PK-5 and 6-8. You’ll build meaningful relationships, help drive student progress, and collaborate with a welcoming team of educators and specialists—all while adapting to the dynamic needs of the school setting. This is a contract assignment with flexible duration, as you’ll be supporting students and staff during upcoming family leaves.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and SLP-CCC required
  • Previous experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload up to 55 students, serving multiple sites as needed
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate session notes and comply with all documentation requirements
  • Adapt services based on site assignments and the specific needs of students across PK-8
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
