Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in the Chesterfield County area, SC. This full-time position serves a K–12 student population and offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic, student-focused environment.
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5–40 hours/week)
School Year: NSY (Next School Year)

Assignment Details:
Serving 1–2 school sites
Caseload of approximately 50 students
Variety of ability levels and disabilities
Opportunity to collaborate with a team of 5 SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active South Carolina SLP license (or ability to obtain)
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
School-based experience is a plus
