Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current or pending state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience or interest in working within PreK-12 populations in school settings
  • Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
  • Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions, both group and individual
  • Develop and maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with district and IDEA regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student success
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and professional development activities
  • Support the development of communication skills critical for academic and social achievement
