As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work with a diverse caseload of up to 45 students, supporting communication and language development in an educational setting near Bellevue, WA. This full-time opportunity spans from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license/certification (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
  • Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload with varied student needs
  • Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI as part of hiring requirements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Create individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school committees as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
