Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract role making a difference in the lives of K-12 students for the 2026-2027 school year. As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll work with a diverse caseload of up to 45 students, supporting communication and language development in an educational setting near Bellevue, WA. This full-time opportunity spans from August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP license/certification (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
- Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload with varied student needs
- Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI as part of hiring requirements
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Create individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school committees as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
