What we’re looking for:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure in Delaware (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Specialist degree from an accredited program in school psychology
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in assessments, conducting evaluations, and interpreting results
• Ability to build rapport quickly with students, families, and colleagues
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct student assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
• Develop and implement effective interventions and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs through counseling and consultation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to create tailored strategies
