Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
• Prior experience working with high school students strongly preferred
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations, providing student counseling, and facilitating team meetings
• Familiarity with CSE (Committee on Special Education) and 504 processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results for students
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Actively participate in CSE meetings, supporting students with individualized education plans
• Attend and contribute to 504 meetings, offering insights and recommendations for appropriate accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as a vital part of the instructional support team
