Work alongside dedicated educators and be an integral member of the instructional support team, with a schedule designed for work-life balance—7:30 am to 2:20 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
- Prior experience working with high school students strongly preferred
- Strong skills in conducting evaluations, providing student counseling, and facilitating team meetings
- Familiarity with CSE (Committee on Special Education) and 504 processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results for students
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Actively participate in CSE meetings, supporting students with individualized education plans
- Attend and contribute to 504 meetings, offering insights and recommendations for appropriate accommodations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as a vital part of the instructional support team
