This full-time position, based near picturesque Grand Island, NY, is open for the entire 2026-2027 academic year, working Monday–Friday from 7:30 am to 2:20 pm (35 hours per week). Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid credential to practice as a School Psychologist in New York
  • Experience with high school populations highly desired
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary instructional support team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for students
  • Provide individual and group counseling as needed
  • Participate in CSE (Committee on Special Education) and 504 meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Support and guide proactive interventions within the high school caseload
