Qualifications:
- Valid Educator Certification and National Certification for Teachers of the Visually Impaired
- Experience providing educational services to K-8 students with visual impairments
- Ability to travel between assigned schools within school clusters
- Reliable and ready to meet time-sensitive credentialing requirements such as background checks and fingerprinting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to a caseload of 12 K-8 students (caseload details may be adjusted to align with your strengths and availability)
- Travel between a maximum of two schools within a cluster each day
- Develop individualized education plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ academic and adaptive skill progress in alignment with district standards
