Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience or strong pediatric experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students of various ages
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals based on assessment results
• Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Provide training and guidance to educational staff and parents regarding speech and language concerns
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
