What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager at Escapology, you’ll be at the helm of our thrilling escape room operations. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) includes: - Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the venue. - Leading, motivating, and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Maintaining the high standards of our themed game rooms, beautiful lobbies, and 5-star service. - Managing schedules, inventory, and operational budgets. - Driving revenue growth while keeping a close eye on expenses. - Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols. - Being hands-on and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the adventure alive!

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 3+ years of experience in management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries. - A proven track record of leading teams and delivering results. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed. - A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Previous escape room experience a plus but not mandatory.
