What You'll Do

• Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher
\n
• Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
\n
• Supervise students and encourage respectful, responsible behavior
\n
• Take attendance and communicate any concerns to school administration
\n
• Uphold school policies while modeling professionalism and integrity

• Support the mission and values of Catholic education

Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred (associate degree or relevant experience will be considered)
\n
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and administrators
\n
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, faith-centered learning environment
\n
• Successful completion of all required background screening and Diocese of Memphis Safe Environment/VIRTUS training prior to employment
