We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to train customers, commission specialized equipment, and provide hands-on technical support across the globe. No one comes into this role already knowing the technology—we'll provide the training to make you an expert.
This role is ideal for military veterans who enjoy travel, working with their hands, teaching others, and tackling new challenges in different environments.
What You'll Do
Master a proprietary, industry-leading technology through extensive training
Travel throughout the U.S. and internationally (up to 12 weeks at a time)
Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
Commission new systems and troubleshoot technical issues in the field
Partner with engineering and operations to improve products and customer experience
Build long-term relationships with customers around the world
What We're Looking For
Military experience strongly preferred
Mechanical, construction, maintenance, engineering, or heavy equipment background
Comfortable traveling extensively, both domestically and internationally
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
