LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing law firm that is looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time in-office position located in Phoenix, AZ. This position is salary depending on experience $25.00-28.00 per hour, minimum 2 years legal industry experience.
The Legal Administrative Assistant supports attorneys with administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting clients, e-filing, documentation management, complex calendar management, and client services.

The Legal Administrative Assistant supports attorneys with administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting clients, e-filing, documentation management, complex calendar management, and client services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls, in a professional and hospitable manner
- Greet internal/external clients
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Responsible for up-keep of reception and lobby
- Maintain conference room up-keep
- Coordinate meetings
- Assists legal assistants and attorneys with time entry, and other billing and invoicing tasks.
- Provides administrative support for attorneys and other team members.
- Assist with calendar management and client appointments
- Processes requests for payment of invoices and expense reimbursements.
- Composes letters and memoranda as directed
- Documentation management both electronical and physical
- Office supply inventory and ordering
- Provides other general office tasks as requested.
- Minimum of 3 years related Administrative work experience in the legal industry preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet strict deadlines and respond in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
