HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Generalist for our client in Poulsbo. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity. Our client is looking to urgently hire for the position. This role will be focused on all HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition and onboarding, as well as HRIS management. This will be a fast-paced position and interested candidates must be knowledgeable of Washington employment laws and regulations. This individual will also be focusing on our safety and compliance, working with the risk team to ensure employees are following up to date safety protocols. Requirements

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field
- Minimum 2 years human resources experience, especially working within employee relations
- Expert knowledge in WA employment laws and regulations
- Must be proficient working within HRIS and Microsoft Office Systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide array of individuals
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
