\n Primary care via telehealth
\n Video calls with patients

Qualifications-
\n Must be a licensed NP in NY
\n Must have ECW experience
\n Must have Medicaid and Medicare numbers
\n Primary care experience is a plus
\n Telehealth experience is a plus
\n Geriatric patient experience is a plus
