Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher license (required)
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to create and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Commitment to promoting student growth and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students’ individual needs and goals
- Assess student progress and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with regular education teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure integration and success of students with special needs
- Communicate positively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
- Stay current on best practices, compliance, and state regulations for special education
- Provide direct instruction and support both in and out of the classroom as needed
