Special Education Teacher - Crofton, KY

Embark on a meaningful contract assignment supporting elementary students with moderate to severe disabilities in a welcoming school environment near Crofton, KY. As a Special Education Teacher specializing in Moderate/Severe Disabilities (MSD), you'll make an impact during the 2026-2027 academic year, working alongside a dedicated team serving a manageable caseload.

This role runs from August 4, 2026, through May 17, 2027, spanning 37.5 hours each week. You will serve a group of seven elementary students, providing tailored instruction, compassionate support, and specialized interventions.

Desired Experience and Credentials:

• Valid Kentucky Special Education Teacher Certification with MSD endorsement
• Documented experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Passion for delivering individualized, inclusive education
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
