  • Full-time, onsite position
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Elementary school setting
  • One school assignment
  • Caseload of approximately 40-60 students based on experience
  • Collaborative special education and student services team

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
  • Deliver direct speech-language services to students.
  • Maintain required documentation and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Monitor and report student progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Familiarity with Michigan schools, special education procedures, and IEP processes preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational setting.

Compensation$44-$52 per hour, based on experience.
