Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials to practice in the state.
• Previous experience working in a school setting and/or serving K-12 students strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and treatment planning for a range of ages and abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, students, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to both individual and group settings.
• Proficiency with documentation specific to school-based therapy services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students receiving OT services.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy in accordance with each student’s IEP.
• Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with classroom staff to support student participation and success.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocacy for student needs.
• Educate and support teachers and families regarding adaptive strategies and accommodations.
