What You’ll Do:

• Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Work directly with students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance learning.
• Assist in setting up educational materials and adapting resources for students’ needs.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages participation.
• Support students with special needs, helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed.
• Monitor and document student progress, collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure success.
