Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and SEC reporting support
- Perform balance sheet and income statement analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support external audits and SOX compliance activities
- Analyze accounting transactions and research technical accounting matters as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public company accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience supporting audits and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
