We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support critical accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional with public company experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and SEC reporting support
  • Perform balance sheet and income statement analyses
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
  • Support external audits and SOX compliance activities
  • Analyze accounting transactions and research technical accounting matters as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Public company accounting experience required
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
  • Experience supporting audits and internal controls
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
