Accounting Specialist

This is an onsite accounting job in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process high-volume invoices, credit card transactions, and invoicing activities
• Assist with payroll processing for 30+ employees
• Oklahoma sales tax reporting
• Will assist with reconciliations and month end
• Contribute to special projects and support the growth of the organization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Exposure to payroll processing preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of QuickBooks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
