LHH is seeking a Candidate Integrity Investigator for a long-term temporary assignment with our client in McLean, VA. This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite each week.

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills to support Talent Acquisition integrity and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct first-level internal integrity investigations within Talent Acquisition to assess and resolve candidate-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant case documentation to support investigative findings and audit requirements.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to communicate investigation outcomes and candidate disposition decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports summarizing JIRA submissions, integrity trends, and key findings to stakeholder groups.
  • Track fraud and misconduct cases, identifying patterns, behaviors, and trends for ongoing reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and analyze Tableau dashboards to monitor people metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Draft investigation reports, update standard operating procedures, and maintain related documentation.
  • Review and update JIRA boards to monitor case progress, ensure SLA compliance, and support efficient case management.
  • Provide additional investigative and operational support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting investigations, compliance reviews, audits, or risk assessments.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Tableau, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
