Electrical Controls Engineer
Pay: $90k-$120k/annually DOE!
Shift: First Shift 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday (OT as needed)
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Electrical Controls Engineer for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $90k-$120k/annually (DOE). Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Design and document projects and products
- Develop concept designs and submit for approval
- Complete detailed designs (BOMs, layouts, schematics)
- Support software design/testing and design calculations
- Prepare and submit required project and product documentation
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong electrical aptitude with machine controls and wiring practices
- Proficiency applying electrical engineering principles, standards, and methodologies
- Ability to create and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and CNC systems
Skills
- Electrical controls and machine controls knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Computer proficiency (CAD, word processing, spreadsheets)
- Software design/testing and documentation development
- Professional collaboration and communication across departments
