Pay Rate: $32-33/hr

Location: 6815 Guion Road Indianapolis IN USA IN-46268

Duration: 12 months
SHIFT INFO:
Worker will start on the Day shift (7am – 3 pm) for training. Will then move to shift below.
Weekend shift: Friday-Sat-Sunday from 7am to 7:30pm

********MANAGER STRESSES THAT ASEPTIC EXPERIENCE IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY *********************

NOTE: Aseptic experience from the food industry is vastly different and will NOT be accepted. ***

Interviews Held Virtually: 12 - 2pm Tues - Thur
Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent

***** MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF PHARMA EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
***** ASEPTIC EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
***** will need to be able to work independently after training

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position in the Manufacturing group requires significant training and expertise demonstrated in one or more functional areas. This position may be filled by those candidates who have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry or current employees who have documented training and the experience level as evidenced by their progress through the job functions within the organization.

The employee will be required to oversee the work of other members of Manufacturing and be held accountable for their performance.

MAJOR POSITION ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
***Have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following functional areas:
• Previous work experience in clean room/Aseptic environments, Equipment Preparation, Stopper Preparation, Inspection (semi-automated and manual), Packaging Operations, Sanitization of Classified Areas and Operation of Autoclaves.

• MUST BE WILLING TO BE Certified and maintain Certification for entry into the Aseptic Core. – NOT PRIOR TO START; would be trained

• The employee will be required to oversee activities of other members of the Manufacturing team, taking responsibility for the process results.
• Will be able to independently make important decisions during processing
