Staff Pharmacist in Framingham, MA

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for an experienced Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist to support a closed-door long-term care facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while overseeing pharmacy technicians in a fast-paced environment averaging 600 prescriptions per day.

Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software (training provided)
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and safety standards
• Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with regulations and facility protocols

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
• Pharmacy experience with a track record of working efficiently in high-volume settings
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and software systems
