Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - San Francisco, California

This opportunity is for travel pharmacists to support hospital inpatient pharmacy services on the California Central Coast. Positions are available in San Luis Obispo and Templeton, with an immediate start for a duration of 13 weeks or longer.

Schedule options:

• Days: 4 shifts of 10 hours per week
• Nights: 7 days on followed by 7 days off

Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nursing staff, managing pharmacokinetics, and other clinical duties. The role requires proficiency in hospital pharmacy IT systems, specifically Cerner and Omnicell.

Ideal candidates will hold a current California pharmacist license and have at least 1 year of recent inpatient experience. Experience with both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems is essential to succeed in this position.

This travel assignment provides an opportunity to work in dynamic hospital environments while developing expertise in clinical pharmacy practice. Candidates should be prepared to relocate temporarily to the CA Central Coast area.
