Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensure or certification as SLP-CCC, SLPA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
- Experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations (prek-primary preferred)
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for communication and language disorders
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in prek through primary grades
- Assess and monitor student progress, tailoring interventions to diverse developmental needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff in the MC Bailey building to foster an inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in student support meetings
- Provide education to families, teachers, and caregivers about communication strategies
