Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Licensure or certification as SLP-CCC, SLPA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
  • Experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations (prek-primary preferred)
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for communication and language disorders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in prek through primary grades
  • Assess and monitor student progress, tailoring interventions to diverse developmental needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff in the MC Bailey building to foster an inclusive environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in student support meetings
  • Provide education to families, teachers, and caregivers about communication strategies
