You’ll make a visible impact helping young learners thrive academically and socially while collaborating with dedicated professionals and engaging families.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Alabama (ASHA CCCs required)
  • SLP Educator certification in Alabama (verification available via the Alabama State Department of Education certification portal)
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload—up to 60 students
  • Dedication to fostering student growth, learning, and self-advocacy
  • Commitment to an onsite work model (no telepractice)

Role highlights:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy, assessment, and intervention services
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and student progress reports
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with school teams
  • Serve as a resource for educators and families, supporting inclusive practices

Openings available:

  • Full-time assignment at a high school
  • Elementary school roles split between two buildings (2 or 3 days per site)
  • Middle and elementary school assignment (3 days and 2 days, respectively)
