Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCCs) to support student growth and communication development onsite in a dynamic school setting near Bristol, CT. Multiple contract positions are open at PreK, middle school, and elementary levels, perfect for professionals seeking a rewarding assignment while working closely with dedicated educators and enthusiastic learners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC license in Connecticut required
  • Proven experience delivering speech/language therapy services to school-aged children, preferably within a school environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student populations

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct speech/language assessments and collaborate in the development of IEP goals
  • Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
  • Maintain accurate records related to assessments, therapy, and student progress
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with a variety of communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

Three distinct roles are available:

  • Green-Hills PreK: August 24, 2026 – November 13, 2026
  • Chippens Hill Middle School: August 27, 2026 – End of November
  • Mountain View: August 27, 2026 – November 23, 2026

Each position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 35 hours per week at the assigned school site.
