Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, active OT license in the state is essential
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads highly valued

• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services according to IEP/504 goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress conferences, and school-based initiatives
• Provide training and consultation to staff and families as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
