Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current, active OT license in the state is essential
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services according to IEP/504 goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress conferences, and school-based initiatives
- Provide training and consultation to staff and families as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
