Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity exists for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist skilled in telespeech and teletherapy to serve K-12 students across multiple schools within the Naples, FL area. This contract position will support students from elementary through high school by delivering virtual speech services, managing IEP documentation, and participating in IEP meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct speech therapy services via teletherapy to diverse student populations.
  • Completing and maintaining accurate IEP documentation in compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Attending virtual IEP meetings to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff.
  • Coordinating services across assigned schools to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Adhering to district policies regarding virtual service delivery; note evaluations will be conducted in-person.

Qualifications and experience sought:

  • Active Florida Department of Health licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Proven experience with telespeech and teletherapy service delivery in educational settings.
  • Prior successful completion of related teletherapy assignments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage a caseload up to 35 hours per week, with flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules.
  • Completion of fingerprinting through Florida’s AHCA Clearinghouse and acquisition of a JLA badge prior to start date.
