Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid California School Psychologist credential or license
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement interventions within a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation, prevention, and intervention services to students, teachers, and families
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the school’s overall positive and inclusive climate
