As an integral member of the school’s health team, you’ll help shape positive student experiences by delivering professional nursing care and supporting the well-being of children and adolescents throughout the school day.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Florida LPN license, high school diploma or GED, and current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs as they arise
• Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality and safety
• Willingness to complete orientation, district credentialing, and fingerprint clearance
• Professionalism, dependability, and a collaborative mindset

Core responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and first aid to students in health rooms
• Monitor students with chronic health needs and communicate plans with staff and families
• Document care, maintain accurate records, and follow school health protocols
• Participate in required training prior to the start date and ongoing as needed
• Collaborate closely with school staff and administer medications as prescribed
