We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team located in White Plains, NY. Our office is a fast-paced, collaborative and friendly environment that provides great opportunities for career development. Compensation:

Depending on experience. Additional compensation for portable business

Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating residential real estate contracts and handling closings

Residential real estate bank closings

Commercial acquisitions, sales and financings

Client contact and interaction

Assist with co-op apartment transfers

General corporate experience a plus but not required

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in real estate transactional-related work

Excellent writing skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Must be admitted in NYS
